Bishop Roberta Moore founded Victory Christian Tabernacle in 1987. Victory Christian Tabernacle, Victory Christian Ministries Inc. is a fast growing, innovative non-denominational ministry in the heart of Brownsville, Brooklyn a community devastated by addiction, crime and poverty. The church serves as a beacon of hope to the lost and a revival center to the believer. Roberta Moore was ordained Bishop of Victory Christian Ministries Inc. on August 15, 2015. Presiding Prelate, Senior Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Lecturer, Motivational Speaker, Psalmist and mother of one Bishop Roberta Moore is a woman of God whose unique ability to reach the unsaved while stirring the hearts and minds of the believers has caused her to be an effective vessel in the body of Christ.

Bishop Moore's presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ is divinely unique and has enabled her to minister across many denominations. Roberta Moore is a well-known and loved Gospel Artist who has performed in various genres of music for over 4 decades. Her range and sound is versatile and refreshing giving listeners a new experience each time they hear her. Bishop Moore performed on Bishop George Bloomer show on the Word Network; she was recently seen on the "Born To Die" Christmas Cantata, which aired on Dec. 25 2013. It was televised on Time Warner, Cable Vision, Verizon Fios and RCN networks.

She released her Live Recorded Album "The Journey Continues" on December 14th 2013.

"Penny the Journey Continues" was Executive Produced by JBlass Entertainment Inc, with writers such as, Professor James Hall, Elder Robert Demetrius Griffin, Frederick Dukes Jr. & making her writing debut Leah Moore. In Sept. 2012 Roberta Moore released two singles from her upcoming album, which are entitled "For My Good" and “Great King Jehovah”. She also performed at the Pre Stellar Award Show and the Gospel Music Workshop of America GAG (Gospel Announcers Guild).

In 2002 Bishop Moore received the Citation Award from Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz. District Attorney Charles Hynes named Bishop Moore one of Brooklyn’s Extraordinary Woman of 2012. She was also featured on the cover of Queen Size Magazine July 2012 Issue for her work out side of the four walls of the church. Bishop Moore was honored with the 2014 Leadership Award for Influential Leader of the 21st Century from the BBEU Ministers Wives & Widows Auxiliary.

Born into a musical family Penny as many ministries know her began over thirty years ago. She is part of a family group called The Good Sisters. She along with her sisters travel extensively throughout the United States and abroad spreading the good news of Jesus Christ through song and the preached word of God.
